MCP Server Danger Catalog
Each server gets an A–F danger grade plus a separate transparency signal. Grades come from automated scans and mean check before you connect, not endorsement.
Automated refresh was paused on 2026-07-11. This static catalog does not attest the current scheduler state or promise a future scan. Every grade is point-in-time: read the Last scanned column, not the presence of a grade.
Danger grades measure capability risk, not conformance with the MCP 2026-07-28-rc specification — a server can be safe and still break. An independent audit dated 2026-07-18 found 7 of 23 servers below carry spec-shift exposure, and most fail silently: the capability stops working with no error raised.
